Siyata Mobile Announces Pricing of $1.6 Million Public Offering of Common Shares

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / October 27, 2023 / Siyata Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq:SYTA)(Nasdaq:SYTAW) ("Siyata" or the "Company"), a global developer and vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) handsets and accessories, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 2,400,000 common shares (or pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares in lieu thereof) at a public offering price of $0.65 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the Company, before deducing placement agent fees and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $1.6 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the current offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about October 31, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole placement agent in connection with the offering.
