Staffing 360 Solutions (NASDAQ:STAF) on Wednesday said it had received a Nasdaq notice of an additional determination of delinquency for not filing its form 10-Q report for the period ended April 2 in a timely manner.
The latest Nasdaq notices follows one received by the company in late April. That one was for not timely filing its form 10-K for the year ended Jan. 1.
