ING completes share repurchase for employee compensation

ING Group announced today that it has completed the share repurchase for employee compensation which started on 4 March 2023. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme is 3,318,806 ordinary shares at an average price of €12.99 for a total consideration of €43,1 million. The purpose of the share repurchase is to meet obligations under the share-based compensation plans.
